Classification and Licensing

MSR, in collaboration with the Israeli Association of Clinical Oncology and Radiotherapy, the Israeli Medical Association and the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation, conducts the Board Exams for physicians concluding their residencies in radiotherapy, at MSR.

Upon completing their residency in radiotherapy, residents are tested in a final licensing exam. The entire exam and all its stations and scenarios were developed in collaboration between physicians from the Association of Clinical Oncology and Radiotherapy, the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation and MSR.

The exam includes stations with simulated scenarios and oral examinations. The simulator stations use advanced simulators that enable planning and monitoring of treatment in a simulated advanced treatment environment.
