In collaboration with the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation (NITE), MSR provides simulation-based humanistic screening of medical school candidates.
Recognizing the limitations of previous standardized tests in selecting those candidates with better humanistic and communication skills, this process serves as a supplement to the previous methods of assessment. This innovative program highlights those that demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and capacity for compassion in an effort to improve the selection of the physicians of tomorrow.
