Since 2008, MSR has conducted mandatory government registration exams for 15 nursing specializations such as ICU, Neonatalogy. Midwifery etc. These registration exams are developed and administered jointly by the Nursing Authority of the Ministry of Health and MSR, under the professional guidance of the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation.
The registration exams include simulation stations that test both practical and theoretical knowledge, and focus on the skills needed by specialized senior nurses.
The structure of the exam and the testing stations are tailored to the different nursing specializations. Each exam incorporates testing stations using advanced simulations, scenarios involving role-playing patients or family members, and stations for testing specific skills.
