Course Guidelines
Refresher course in skills for certified team members
Each team member in a department must complete at least one course yearly.
The team participating in the course will comprise the actual team working in the department.
Preference is given to training new personnel as close as possible to their recruitment (CRM training can be considered a prerequisite for interns before they begin working in their departments).
