Train the Standardized Patient (SP) Trainer

The feedback provided by the Standardized Patient (SP) following the simulation scenario complements the educational value of the debriefing. It is a unique opportunity to hear how the patient felt during the encounter.  The workshop provides a practical standardized model for training SPs to convey meaningful feedback.

• Conditions to create a safe learning environment and to support maximal readiness to receive feedback
• Providing and receiving feedback following simulated encounter
• Video-based and live simulated scenarios
