New!  A new Simulator in MSR. The Trauma HAL® S3040 Simulator, was produced in the US by GAUMARD and will be used in military and hospital trauma training.
 
This simulator has special capabilities:

• Monitoring blood oxygen with a real Fingertip Pulse Oximeter
• Allows for a lot of bleeding from an internal container
• Injuries causing diffused bleeding
• Physiological reaction to pressure on the wound causing bleeding stoppage
• Able to emit CO2 to measure Real capnography
• The simulator is water and heat resistant 
• Performing a 12 lead ECG, Including special software allowing very detailed and accurate ECG changes
• The simulator is water and heat resistant
• The simulator is wireless
• The simulator is completely wireless and includes an internal high powered battery
