Liat Pessach-Gelblum - Deputy Director MSR

Liat Pessach is Deputy Director of MSR and Chief Learning Officer. She served for over 10 years in the Israel Defense Forces, as an instructor and an officer. She developed, led and commanded a unique and extremely advanced simulator facility.

During her service, she gained both valuable professional ground breaking and unique experience in the field of simulator development and operation as well as management and leadership capabilities, in a very intense and demanding environment. Liat acquired a wealth of experience in simulation- based training and assessment, “train the trainer” programs and faculty development with almost unlimited resources.

She previously worked as a consultant to the Children’s Hospital Boston Simulator Program, where she developed and led curriculum and training development in a wide variety of simulation programs, team empowerment, organizational changes and development of debriefing models.
